Hormone free eggs produced from our free range, cage free chickens, collected daily.
Twice a year we receive chicks from a hatchery. We raise them from chicks to adulthood. The hens are replaced every two years to maintain a healthy flock.

Fresh Berkshire Pork
Our pork is fed and raised here, at Historic Prophetstown. They are fed all
natural feed, without additives or hormones.
